Meet Karen
Ever since I gave my first Barbie a buzz cut (don’t judge, I’ve come a long way since then), I've had a passion for science behind healthy hair. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Alabama A&M University in 2009, I spent a year in Corporate America. Realizing it wasn’t the right fit for me, I moved to Atlanta just a year later to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a Master Cosmetologist!
I’m now a full-time salon owner and stylist, as well as a platform educator for beauty and tech. My long-term goal is to bridge the gap between stylists and clients to foster better understanding between the two as well as training stylist to becoming high-value salon owners and professionals.
